The Government of the Virgin Islands seeks a qualified and experienced legal professional to fill the temporary role of Pro Tem Chairperson for the Labour Arbitration Tribunal.

LABOUR ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL

The Labour Arbitration Tribunal is an independent body established under the Labour Code 2010. It resolves labour disputes efficiently, fairly, and impartially, upholding the rights of employees and employers. The Tribunal handles issues like unfair dismissal, redundancy, and workplace discrimination.

The public is notified that the Labour Arbitration Tribunal will be closed on Friday, January 19  to accommodate the Ministry of Financial Services, Labour and Trade's Planning Day.
